Shipping & Delivery Policy
Ordered items are normally shipped immediately against the online payment receipt confirmation between 3 to 4 working days through our Logistic Partner. We are currently shipping to all major Cities and towns across India. If any of the ordered location not in our Delivery list, we will contact the buyer for change of delivery address or we shall refund the payment after the confirmation from the buyer
Order confirmation will be sent through email/WhatsApp/Messenger to the Buyer. Tracking information of all shipped orders will be shared with the customer. Shipping Charges are variable depending on the product dimensions, delivery region.
All shipping cost will be displayed for your order in the Check-out process. Once the order successfully place, Cancellation and Changes can not be done. Return & Refund Policy
Customer are requested to raise a return request in NCSTECH.IN My Account within 7-days from the date of product delivered. You will receive a call from our Team within 2 working days to evaluate a return request for the issue you are facing. For Damaged / Dead on Arrival complaint, we will assign the authorized service personal to inspect and certify the defective product. The service personal will issue one certificate for DOA. Based on the recommendations/ certification only the return/ replacement will approve.
