Shipping & Delivery Policy
Ordered items are normally shipped immediately against the online payment receipt confirmation between 3 to 4 working days through our Logistic Partner. We are currently shipping to all major Cities and towns across India. If any of the ordered location not in our Delivery list, we will contact the buyer for change of delivery address or we shall refund the payment after the confirmation from the buyer

Order confirmation will be sent through email/WhatsApp/Messenger to the Buyer. Tracking information of all shipped orders will be shared with the customer. Shipping Charges are variable depending on the product dimensions, delivery region.

All shipping cost will be displayed for your order in the Check-out process. Once the order successfully place, Cancellation and Changes can not be done. Exchange of products are not allowed, Under certain circumstances, on the sole discretion of NCS, we will allow the customer to ship back the ordered product at their own cost and will provide on-line store credit for the ordered amount excluding the shipping cost. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Ncstech.in and accept the decision of NCS regarding the cancellation.

NCS reserves the rights at our sole discretion to cancel or reject any order for any reason, if any order we are unable to accept and must cancel. There are some situations your order may cancelled, including product out-of-stock, errors in product pricing, or any of the problem identified by our credit and fraud intelligence team. We will contact you for additional verifications or information before accepting orders.

Return & Refund Policy
Customer are requested to raise a return request in NCSTECH.IN My Account within 7-days from the date of product delivered. You will receive a call from our Team within 2 working days to evaluate a return request for the issue you are facing. For Damaged / Dead on Arrival complaint, we will assign the authorized service personal to inspect and certify the defective product. The service personal will issue one certificate for DOA. Based on the recommendations/ certification only the return/ replacement will approve.
For wrong product shipment complaints, you will be requested to provide the following Images of All sides of brand box & your order number to process the Return/ replacement. Our Team will review the provided documents and pick-up will be arranged if the return reason is meet our policy and is approved by our team.

Product Information’s Brand Name/ serial number/ bar code should match with the Invoices and clearly visible.

Abuse and Fraud Policy:
We will not tolerate abuse, threats or harassment of any kind directed towards our staff. If you
cannot behave yourself, we will cease communication with you and no longer offer you any
service.
Similarly, any attempted deception or fraud will result in the withdrawal of all service and will
likely void any warranty. Wherever appropriate we will report such behavior to the police or other
services.
